Workshop #3: Key Principles for Growing Movement Leaders


The Power of Student Ownership

Rather than students leading activities and events; let’s see them be leaders in trusting God to build movements of Jesus followers.  Authentic ‘student-led movements’ are when a Key Volunteer or KV team has taken ownership for being fully responsible for Winning, Building, and Sending within a defined scope or target area.

We are seeking to see rapid spiritual multiplication and multi-generations of disciples so that our student-led movements will become sustainable and able to launch new movements in new target areas.  To see this happen, we need to understand and embrace foundational principles connected with the student-led and Catalytic paradigm.
