DEVELOPING KEY VOLUNTEERS INTO LEADERS
Key Idea: Disciples and movements can be developed and built without a staff or trained worker’s regular physical presence. From the beginning of the church, leaders and movements have been built over time and distance through a wide variety of means. Ultimately it’s God Who causes the growth.

- Learn core components of growth.
- Learn a distance growth/development paradigm.
- Learn how to facilitate development according to the core components of growth.
- Become familiar with the coach’s role in developing Key Volunteers.
