Workshop #3: Sharing Your Vision with Others

Communicating a compelling Biblical vision of God’s heart for the nations and His desire to use students to reach their university is an essential part of Catalytic. As a Catalytic coach you will often need to share the vision that God is giving you with potential volunteers, students, pastors, other staff, your director, and other organizations. As you share your vision, which has been grounded in God’s promises, He will use the things you share to confirm and guide you to those to whom He is giving a similar desire.

Listen to these two examples of students sharing their vision for their university:

You probably noticed that there is no perfect formula for sharing vision; simply share the vision you feel God is giving.

Assignment: Who are 3 people who you could share your vision with? Practice sharing your vision and ask for feedback from these 3 people. A vision for spiritual movements among students should be clearly and passionately articulated and include how you are trusting God to work through students to launch and build spiritual movements on multiple campuses.
