COACHING TEAMS TO LAUNCH MULTIPLE MOVEMENTS
Workshop #7: Sending out “Life-time Laborers” from Student-Led Movements
Every student one day will stop being a student but they will continue to be a follower of Jesus” How can you help them to continue as a life time laborer?
How can you help the student make a plan to transfer what they have learned during this time to the next season in life? Will they use the three-thirds process? How will they approach their work place like the university?
Think through how it will be similar or different.
When students understand and live out the principles of Catalytic, they can move into any context with eyes and hearts and hands that are ready to be used of God. Any student who embraces who God is and what He has promised to do is prepared to naturally become a life-time laborer.
Our job is to pray as we are working with university students and do our best to help prepare them to become lifelong followers and laborers for the kingdom of God.
In order to see this happen, we need to create a culture where living out the gospel is a natural and fluid part of life. (i.e. where ministry is an overflow out of their hearts and love for God).
Secondly, the tools, methods and strategies for evangelism and spiritual multiplication should be basic and transferrable to any workplace setting.
And finally, we want to help students answer the question of God’s call on their lives to be multiplying disciples even from their early involvement in the movement. Having a clear vision and purpose that’s grounded in the Word will set them on a course towards a life-time of devotion and service to God.
