EQUIPPING KEY VOLUNTEERS TO BUILD TEAMS
Workshop #1: Who are Key Volunteers Looking For and How do They Form a Team?
Simply put, Key Volunteers are looking for others who share the same heart and vision for building spiritual movements of evangelism and discipleship. Uniting around the shared vision that God has given them is the first step in forming a team.
We typically try to help Key Volunteers build a team of 5-7 student volunteers who are:
- praying, winning and building in their target area, while…
- working towards multiplying new teams in new target areas.
