What is the role of staff or the volunteer coach in student-led ministry? The coach’s role is:
- To reach or find, to envision and challenge Key Volunteers across the defined scope.
- To equip, encourage, and empower these students as they learn to Win, Build, Send and lead movements.
- To shepherd, pray for, love and build into their lives as they grow in following Christ.
- To plan and provide development opportunities, conferences, training, projects, etc. to help them develop and grow as leaders.
- To help them connect with other like-hearted students in order to learn from each other and create a sense of regional or national movement.
- To help them multiply new movements in new locations to reach the scope.
