LAUNCH
In this section you will learn more about what you are seeking to do as you launch a new movement:
- Discover God’s resources: Find out what resources and people God has already prepared to build His kingdom. Identify and prioritize those.
- Create 15-20 potential ways to explore to find Key Volunteers and resources.
- Develop any materials and resources that you need (that don’t currently exist) to mobilize potential volunteers and partners.
- Network with key CCC networks, churches, volunteers, partners, etc.
- Initiate with as many students as possible and use the KV Challenge to surface those who are Potential Key Volunteers.
- Using the KV criteria, identify those who appear to be the ones who God is raising up as Key Volunteers.
- Solidify the commitment of Key Volunteers and local movement teams using the KV Agreement.
Your ultimate goal in building spiritual movements is to mobilize resources and launch teams of like-hearted disciples who will themselves build movements that will Win, Build and Send toward the fulfillment of the Great Commission.
